How many guests can Mimosa host?
Up to 20, in five villas with two bedrooms each.
Can we book just part of the property?
No. Mimosa is rented as a whole, for the exclusive use of your group, and charged per night rather than per person.
How much does it cost?
In 2027 the whole property is €3,050 to €5,300 a night depending on the season, and in 2028 €3,200 to €5,600. Catering is extra. You can see the exact cost of any dates on our Availability page.
What's the minimum stay?
5 nights, or 7 nights from July 7 to August 17.
How do we secure our dates?
With a 25% non-refundable deposit.
When are you open?
Our season runs from April to the end of October.
Is there a space for yoga?
Yes. The shala is a shaded, 80 sqm space a short walk from the villas, with room for 20 mats, plastic sides and heating for cooler weather, and equipment for 20: bolsters, mats, blocks, belts, eye pillows and knee pads, plus 6 aerial hammocks and a speaker.
Do you provide meals?
Yes, if you'd like. Catering is charged per head per day with a minimum of 10 guests, and you choose one meal plan for the whole group: vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or mixed proteins. Meals are a buffet: brunch at 10:00, a snack at 14:30 and dinner at 19:30. It's paid a month before you arrive, and we offer a staggered payment plan.
What's in the villas?
Air-conditioning that doubles as heating, Wi-Fi, a kettle, hairdryers, bath and pool towels and toiletries sourced in Greece, and bedrooms are cleaned daily except Sundays. The master villa, Buddha, has its own plunge pool. If anyone in your group has limited mobility, we don't recommend the Lotus or Shiva villas.
How do we get there?
The closest airport is Aktion (PVK), a 40 to 45 minute drive away, with flights from many UK airports. We can help arrange transfers for your group. More on our Travel Information page.
What's nearby?
Nidri, a lively town with shops, restaurants, beach clubs and water sports, is a 20 minute walk away, and Perigiali beach a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive.
